By booking a session, inquiring, or communicating with us by phone or text message, you agree to the following terms.

Appointments & Booking

Sessions are confirmed only after booking is completed.

Appointment dates and times are held exclusively for you.

Late arrivals may result in shortened session time.

Payments

Payment terms are discussed at the time of booking.

Any required deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Outstanding balances must be paid before images are delivered.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible.

Missed sessions or last-minute cancellations may result in loss of deposit or additional fees.

Image Delivery & Usage

Final images are delivered in digital format unless otherwise agreed.

You may use delivered images for personal use and self-promotion.

Images may not be altered, sold, or used commercially without written permission.

Artistic Style

You acknowledge that you are familiar with our photography style and trust our creative judgment.

Editing, posing, and final image selection are at the photographer’s discretion.

Liability

We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control (weather, illness, venue restrictions, equipment failure, etc.).

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the session.

Text Messaging & Communication

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages related to:

Appointments

Scheduling

Reminders

Business updates

Message frequency may vary.

Standard message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

Privacy

Your contact information is used only for business communication.

We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
